Board of Trustees
Meeting April 25, 2007, 8:30 p.m.

Agenda Items:
Parking Lot Lighting:
There has been some confusion about installing lighting in the driveway and parking lot. The trustees thought that DPW was looking into solar lighting. Jody suggested landscaping lighting. Kelly heard from DPW that they were waiting for a decision from the trustees on lighting. However, the trustees agreed at this meeting that they were waiting for DPW to supply options to choose from.
Keys:
The trustees voted unanimously to provide an additional key to the library for DPW.
Vacation:
Kelly informed the trustees that she would be on vacation from April 27th through May 5th.
Temporary Space:
The trustees voted unanimously to authorize Jim Anker to make initial contact with Dr. Freidus to investigate using the space that Anker Publishing will be vacating in Dr. Freidus’ building on Main Street for temporary quarters for the library.
OPM:
The Library Construction Committee received eight proposals for the OPM. Three firms were interviewed, and reference checks were made on the top two. The LCC will meet on April 26th to vote on their recommendation.
Next Meeting:
The next meeting was scheduled for Monday, May 7th, at 6:00 p.m., just before Town Meeting.
